ZG54LVC14
Schmitt trigger Hex Inverter, SEL immune to LET of 60 MeV-cm2/mg.
The ZG54LVC14 is a 6-channel inverter with Schmitt trigger inputs. The part features a maximum Icc of 10 uA, and typical propagation delay of 1 to 6.4 ns at 3.3 V. We have performed the radiation qualification for SEL immunity up to LET of 60 MeV-cm2/mg. The part is available in a SOIC-14 package.
