ZG54HC688
Digital comparator, SEL immune to LET of 83 MeV-cm2/mg.
The ZG54HC688 is an 8-bit digital comparator. The part features a maximum Icc 8 uA, and typical propagation delay of 14 to 34 ns at 4.5 V. We have performed the radiation qualification for SEL immunity up to LET of 83 MeV-cm2/mg. The part is available in a SOIC-20 package.
